My BonusLink Card was lost or stolen. What should I do?

Do not worry, all your existing BonusLink Points will remain in your account. Here's what you can do if that happens:


1. You can continue to collect Points using your Digital Card via the BonusLink mobile app.

2. Otherwise, you can replace your BonusLink physical card by redeeming any of our new selection of cards available on our app or website and have it delivered to your doorstep within 12 business days.

Alternatively, you can walk into selected Shell Station or Parkson to retrieve an Instant BonusLink Card immediately.
