My account has wrong card linked to it. What should I do?

Dont worry. here are some suggestions to help you. 

  1. If you are using the BonusLink app for the first time, your account will be linked automatically if your info is up to date in our records including your latest mobile phone number. 
  2. If we do not find any record based on the telephone number, which most likely your account may be dormant or has been inactive for a while, then we would issue a new virtual BonusLink card number.
