Points awarded from Shell should be credited into your account immediately.
However, we’re aware that some transactions made between 22 June and August 2025 were not awarded as expected. Please don’t worry, we’re working closely with Shell to resolve this. This is not a common issue, and we’ve already identified the affected transactions. Points are being awarded in batches for these purchases, as long as your BonusLink card was presented at the time of payment.
